在五彩缤纷如同魔方般的幻影中，2009年7月艺术家颜磊在尤伦斯当代艺术中心中展厅举行了名为“追光：升级版”的个展。艺术家的创作素材来自尤伦斯当代艺术中心馆长杰罗姆.桑斯为中国当代艺术界知名人士所拍摄和收集的宝丽来照片。颜磊将其制作成了硕大的灯箱并混合着艺术家“彩轮”的壁纸充斥着展示空间。延续着艺术家一贯的风格与创作思维，将艺术界中各色人群与令人眩晕的光影交织在一起，营造出梦幻而模糊的环境。

In the same colors as those of the Rubik's Cube, in July 2009 the artist Yan Lei was invited to exhibit his solo project "Sparkling: upgraded version" in the exhibition hall of the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art. The artist's primary material for this project was the collection of Polaroid photos of important people from the art world taken by Ullens Center for Contemporary Art curator Jerome Sans. Yan Lei transformed this collection in huge light boxes displayed on the background of "color wheel" wallpapers filling the walls of the exhibition space. Continuation of the artist peculiar style and creative thinking, this is a display of how the arts community and the crowd together with dizzying colors of light and shadows intertwine and create a dream in a very vague environment.
