这是艺术家在第五届深圳艺术双年展上的参展作品。艺术家成功说服当地政府批给他一块位于深圳市最黄金地段内的一块如足球场大小的区域，并将之白白圈了两年。这样的方式与运作，使得这个地区的规划和商业经营受到了一定程度的干预，这样的核心地带在这样的项目中伴随着城市的变迁而完全未改变整整两年。艺术家认为这个作品所涉及的问题是艺术家能做什么，什么是艺术。

This is the work the artist created for the Fifth Shenzhen Biennale. The artist persuaded the local government to grant him a piece of land in one of the most flourishing areas in Shenzhen city, whose dimensions were that of a football field and enclose it for two years. This operation brought evident interventions to the regional planning and business operations of the area, so that the central area in the project along with changes in the city remained completely unchanged for two years. Artists believe that the issues raised in this work are about what an artist can do, what art is.
